Install instructions
If you are downloading and playing SpongeBob SquarePants legend of the Lost Spatula, on your computer/Android, you will need to download a Gameboy emulator or Install it using FBI software on your Nintendo 3DS.
Note: You can play CIA games on your Windows, Mac and Android by installing Citra, which is a Nintendo 3DS emulator.
If you are downloading a Gameboy emulator, then I recommend:

this worked for me in a 3ds cia file and the password is 3433lm4mm4... wait does the password change every time ? this isn't practical
