Here are the CIA files, if you have FBI installed on your Nintendo 3DS then you're sorted!

If you have a modded 3DS then upload these CIA's to the 3DS SD card then boot the 3DS up, install the files and enjoy!These files are safe as I have done it myself and I have come across no problems.
